<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber cable board in which storage capacity of coated optical fiber cable core wire is increased, without adding fusion splicing tray and a storage frame body, number of processes and cost are reduced by reducing the number of jumper cords and the cords having connectors and suppressing the deterioration in the transmission characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: Coated optical fiber cables 7 which make up a first group and coated optical fiber cable core wire 15 which make up a second group are introduced, into at least a portion of fusion slicing trays 3 from one of the side sections and the introduced coated optical fiber cables 7 of the first group, and the introduced coated optical fiber cable core wire 15 of the second group are directly fused and spliced in the fusion and splicing trays 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
