<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector with an increased cooling efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The projector is provided with: an optical configuration section 50 which is provided with a light source 51 emitting light, an optical conversion section 54 having a conversion section 55 converting the light emitted from the light source 51 into an image based on image data, and a projection lens 59 which enlarges and projects the image converted by the optical conversion section 54; a circuit unit 60 as a circuit configuration section which drives the optical configuration section 50; a housing 10 which configures the exterior of the projector 1 and has a heat releasing section on the outer surface side; and a heat transfer member 400 which transfers, to the housing 10, heat emitted by an element which emits the heat in the optical configuration section 50 or in the circuit unit 60. Further, a cooling fan 70 and a cover member 100 are provided and a cooling space 200 formed by the housing 10 and the cover member 100 is separated from a main body inside space 300 in a projector main body 2 which houses the optical configuration section 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
