<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voting protocol for reducing the processings regarding commitments in a two-enter system voting protocol. <P>SOLUTION: A voting protocol is built using both a homomorphous public key cryptosystem, capable of collecting encrypted sentences of votes without having to decrypt the encrypted sentences of the vote, and decrypting the plaintexts of results of collection from the encrypted sentences of the vote, and a blind signature system that enables each voter to give a signature, without disclosing the contents of a vote. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
