PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-isolating mount device which can absorb initial push-up load resulting from impact and can promptly attenuate vibration remaining after the impact. SOLUTION: The vibration-isolating mount device 10 includes a case body 11 attached to a revolving frame 3, and a mount rubber 14 is fixed to the case body 11. Magnetic viscous fluid 16, the viscosity of which is changed according to a magnetic field, is filled in a sealing chamber 15 of the case body 11. A movable member 21 supported by the mount rubber 14 includes a damper plate 23 which moves while receiving resistance from the magnetic viscous fluid 16 within the sealing chamber 15. A viscosity varying control means 32 changes the viscosity of the magnetic viscous fluid 16 by forming a magnetic field according to the vibration acceleration from an acceleration detecting means 31.
