PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the operability of a pair of operating members without mechanically connecting them to each other. SOLUTION: This moving body driving device 10 controls the moving body by a control part 53 based on the operation quantity by operating the lateral pair of operating members 34L, 34R provided at the moving body 20, individually with the respective corresponding hands of a driver. The lateral pair of operating members are constituted to be independently operable without being interlocked with each other. Out of respective operation signals outputted from the lateral pair of operating members, the operation signal of the operating member with the larger operation quantity is used as a precedence operation signal.
