DISTORTION COMPENSATION APPARATUS AND DISTORTION CORRECTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease miscalculation of a distortion compensation factor in a wireless communication apparatus and to dispense with adjustment of an analog section of a wireless communication section. SOLUTION: A distortion compensation apparatus compensates distortion causable in a transmission signal depending on a distortion characteristic of an amplifier 21. The distortion compensation apparatus is provided with: a feedback side filter 31 that receives a feedback signal of the transmission signal and passes only a signal with a prescribed frequency band of the feedback signal; and an ACP observation evaluation section 33 that detects leakage power level at the outside of the transmission band on the basis of the feedback signal and changes the frequency band of the feedback side filter 31 in accordance with the leakage power level.
