PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To communicably connect a plurality of external communications apparatus with a master unit or extension master unit. SOLUTION: An interface unit 13, connected mutually communicatively between external apparatus 14a, 14b, 14c and a master unit 12 or an extension master unit 15 connected to the master unit 12, comprises a condition monitor 134 for monitoring waiting, calling, telephone call, monitoring and other conditions of the interface unit; a condition transition unit 131 for transiting the condition of the interface unit according to a command signal from external communication apparatuses to make the master unit or the extension master unit transit, sound input/output units 137, 138 for inputting/outputting sounds to/from the external communication apparatus; an image output unit 136 for outputting images, a communications unit 133 for outputting data showing the calling, telephone call, monitoring and other conditions, based on the transition of the condition being monitored by the condition monitor and inputting command signals, based on the transition of the conditions monitored by the condition monitor; and a communication controller 139 inserted between the communication unit, the sound input/output unit, the image output unit and external communications apparatus for transmitting sounds, images and/or data at the same, time to three external communications apparatus.
