PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass ceramic board having a ferrite layer which can be baked at low temperatures at the same time as a glass ceramic layer without absorbing water from the end face and has a high permeability at high frequency bands, with a stable and high-inductance coil conductor contained in the ferrite layer. SOLUTION: The glass ceramic board has an insulation board 1 composed of a plurality of laminated glass ceramic layers 6 containing glass and ceramic fillers, a ferrite layer 2 between the glass ceramic layers the periphery of which extends to the same position of the periphery of the glass ceramic layers disposed above and below the ferrite layer, and a coil conductor 3 buried in the ferrite layer 2. The radio of the total thickness of the glass ceramic layers to the thickness of the ferrite layer forming the insulation board is set to 15-50%. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
