PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breather device installed in a vent hole without leaking lubricating oil to an external part, even when the lubricating oil inside of an apparatus bubbles. SOLUTION: A chamber is arranged in an air vent of the breather device, and the apparatus side of the chamber has a wall, and the air vent of a small hole is formed in the wall, and a small piece movable on a wall surface is arranged in the chamber. Thus, a bubble passing through the air vent of the wall is vanished by contacting with the moving small piece, and is returned inside the apparatus. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
