PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic for eyelashes that exhibits excellent gloss-imparting effects to eyelashes and excellent retention of cosmetic effects (water resistance/volume effects) and is excellent in ready removability. SOLUTION: The oily cosmetic for eyelashes comprises a component (A): an oil-soluble resin, a component (B): a fatty acid soap, a component (C): a nonionic surfactant containing a polyoxyalkylene chain and having an HLB value of at least 11, a component (D): a copolymer of N-vinylpyrrolidone with a 10-40C alkene, and a component (E): a volatile oily agent.
