PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost rubbish stacking device capable of coping with crows etc. effectively. SOLUTION: The rubbish stacking device 10 is equipped with a net 32 to cover rubbish stacked, a support structure 12 for hanging down the net, and an exterior wall member 28 formed by coupling together a number of rectangular plates 28a in the form of bellows, and when this is put in service, an approximately circular exterior wall is built at the periphery by hanging down the net with the support structure and widening the rectangular plates, and when out of service, the net is removed from the support structure and the rectangular plates are folded up to generate compact arrangement.
