PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking device capable of easily transmitting force generated in putting in and out the bicycle and to float a base part by rotating it to a rail and from which a roller is difficult to remove. SOLUTION: A base part is arranged on two pieces of the rails extending in parallel. The upper roller and the lower roller are provided on the base part free to rotate. The upper roller makes contact with each of the rails inside and from diagonally above and the lower roller makes contact with it inside and from diagonally below in the same way. Thereafter, a bicycle loading base to load the bicycle is mounted on the base part. Force to rotate the base part is generated toward the outside of two pieces of the rails when the bicycle is put in and out, but the force to rotate and float the base part is held by both of the upper roller making contact with one of the rails and the lower roller making contact with the other rail.
