A mobile communication terminal with a receivable rolling camera is provided to apply a receivable structure that the camera module is inserted into or ejected from the inside of the terminal depending on whether a user takes a picture of an object, thereby minimizing pollution and dirt caused by exposure of the camera module when the camera module is not used. The first gear member(40) which constitutes a gear unit(38) is integratedly covered along the circumference, in a one-sided section of an outer side of a moving member(32). A guide member(42) is protruded in length direction at a position having a certain angle along the circumference, on an outer side of the first gear member(40). One side section of the guide member(42) is formed as an inclined surface having the same inclination as a one-sided inclination of the gear unit(38). When the moving member(32) is coupled with a cylinder member(22), the guide member(42) is positioned as alternating in guide groove units(26) and a suspending projection(28) of the cylinder member(22). The second gear member(46), which forms a structure of the same gear unit(44) so that the gear unit(44) can be engaged with the gear unit(38) of the first gear member(40) as the moving member(32) is inserted, is inserted into the inside of the cylinder member(22).
