A mobile communication terminal with a semiautomatic rolling camera is provided to enable a camera module to be automatically rotated at the remaining angle by depending on an elastic supporting force and inclined surfaces after the camera module is rotated at certain angle, and to prohibit the camera module from being randomly rotated even though shock and shaking of the terminal generate. Inclined surfaces(50,52,54,56) having predetermined inclined angles are formed on both sides of one side of a fixed cam(48). One pair of the first and second inclined projections(62,64) formed as planes(58,60) among the inclined surfaces(50,52,54,56) are individually positioned on both mutually corresponding sides and protruded to be symmetrical with each other. When the fixed cam(48) and a rotating cam(40) are coupled together, the first fixed projection(72) of the rotating cam(40) is positioned as being contacted with the one-sided inclined surface(50) of the first inclined projection(62) of the fixed cam(48), while the second fixed projection(74) is positioned as being symmetrical by contacting with the one-sided inclined surface(54) of the second inclined projection(64) matched with the one-sided inclined surface(50) of the first inclined projection(62).
