A safety outlet structure buried in a concrete wall of a building is provided to form a safety cover inside an outlet and cover plug insertion holes of the outlet by the safety cover when the outlet is not used to prevent an accident. Protrusions(211') are projected from three sides of a front plate of an outlet box(210'). An inner cap(220') is fitted in the space of the outlet box defined by the protrusions and fixed by bolts. The inner cap has a first spring support projection(223') formed at the portion corresponding to the protrusion formed at the top side of the front plate of the outlet box. The inner cap includes a retaining bar(229') formed under the first spring support projection. A safety cover(230') has a second spring support projection(233') adjacent to the first spring support projection of the inner cap. A portion of the top of the safety cover, which corresponds to the second spring support projection, is cut and the bottom of the safety cover is rounded. The rounded bottom of the safety cover has two rounded faces having a projection(235') between them.
