<p>The device has a blocking unit (7) mounted movable in rotation on a spool (2) and comprising an axle (7a) on which a compensation spring is coupled, where the axle has a shutter (7b) at one end. The axle is subjected to axial and rotary movements during a rupture of the spring. The axle is ejected outwards of the spool to liberate the shutter with respect to a maintaining component that maintains the shutter in inactive position, during axial movement. The axle provokes the tilting of the shutter towards a notch of a static unit (9) for an active blocking position, during rotary movement.</p> |
