An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to reduce impedance of metal wiring by applying a power voltage to each pixel without voltage drop. A pixel unit(100) displays an image. A scanning/luminescent control drive unit(200) is interposed between data drive circuits and the pixel unit to sequentially supply a scanning signal and a luminescent control signal to the pixel unit. Power wiring groups are extended to the pixel portion from a spaced space between the data drive circuits(310) to transfer a power voltage to the pixel unit from a power pad connected to an EL display panel. A first power supply line transfers positive power voltage to the pixel unit. A second power supply line transfers a negative power voltage to the pixel unit. |
