摘要 An organic electroluminescent display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prolong a lifespan by controlling the total thickness of a hole transport layer and a hole injection layer. An organic electroluminescent display device includes a first electrode, an organic electroluminescent layer positioned on the first electrode, and a substrate having a first pixel region(P1), a second pixel region(P2), and a third pixel region(P3). A second electrode(165) is formed on the pixel regions. First and second organic films are interposed between the first electrode and the organic electroluminescent layer. The total thickness of the first and second organic films is 500 to 700 angstrom in the first pixel region, 1600 to 2000 angstrom, in the second pixel region, and 200 to 400 angstrom in the third pixel region.
