A process for manufacturing a mosaic tile is provided to improve durability of a tool by forming a mosaic groove in a tile body before final plastic process, and to increase productivity by automatically forming the rectangular mosaic groove in automatically transferring the mosaic tile on a conveyor belt. A mosaic groove is recessed and formed in a tile body to form a tile(S110), and the tile body is dried after forming the tile(S120). Enamel is spread evenly on the tile body(S130), and patterns are engraved on the surface of the tile body to improve esthetic sense(S140). Enamel and patterns are removed from the mosaic groove from the tile body, and the mosaic groove is engraved deeply(S150). Plastic process is performed to increase strength of the tile body finished(S160). A mosaic tile is manufactured by packing, mounting the tile and filling the groove with cement or mortar(S170a,S170b,S170c). |
