The set has a plate shaped basic element (1) with two perforations. (2) Two rod-shaped tie rods (3) are provided and set with their first end (4) into the perforations. The perforations and the first ends are provided in such a way that the tie rod and the ends (4) are lockable in the perforations. The tie rods in the locked condition can implement a lagging. Two thread elements (5) are boltable with second ends (7) and threaded to two tie rods. The tie rods are threaded sleeves and the thread elements are screws.
