<p>Laser hybrid welding head (1) has elements and/or components arranged on an assembly plate. One element or component can be formed by a laser (5) and/or optical focussing unit, a welding torch (6) or crossjet (7). The laser and/or focussing unit has a focussing distance from a definition plane (10) to a surface (11) of a workpiece (12) of 50-400 nm. The torch is arranged at an angle of 25-45[deg] to the laser and/or focussing unit and the laser axis (17) has an angle of 80-100, preferably 90[deg] to the definition axis or the surface of the workpiece. The smallest gap between the laser beam emitted by the laser or the focussing unit and a welding wire (13), especially an end of a welding wire exiting the torch amounts to 0-4 mm. An independent claim is also included for a process for laser hybrid welding using the welding head. Preferred Features: The gas nozzle (2) of the torch has a recess for a partial beam of the laser and is fixed via a ring on the torch.</p> |
