发明名称 WHITE LED USING NANO FLUORESCENT MATERIAL
摘要 A white LED using a nano-sized fluorescent material is provided to maintain a physical stable status by employing a fluorescent material of one species for emitting red, yellow, and blue lights. A plate-shaped concave lens(6) is formed on a lower portion of a blue LED chip(5). The lower portion of the blue LED chip is connected to a lead frame which passes through a center of the concave lens and is extended to a cathode(2). Nano-sized fluorescent materials(7,8) of one species are applied to an upper surface of the concave lens to emit a red wavelength and a green wavelength. Gold(Au) is applied to an anode(3) and the cathode located between bodies of a white LED. The concave lens where the fluorescent materials are applied and the blue LED chip are resin-molded to form exteriors.
