MICRO POWER GENERATOR

A micro power generator is provided to be used as a waste heat recovery generator and main or auxiliary power supplies by expanding the operating temperature range between two heat sources having a temperature difference. A micro power generator(100) includes a high temperature heat source(110); a low temperature heat source(120); an airtight body(140) formed with an operating material(144) therein and transformable by the phase change of the operating material between a first phase transferring the heat from the high temperature heat source and a second phase transferring the heat from the low temperature heat source; a permanent magnet(141) kept at a first position when the airtight body has the first phase and kept at a second position when the airtight body has the second phase to form the airtight body; a lead wire(130) where current is induced according to the position change of the permanent magnet. The airtight body includes a thin film(143) capable of bistable operation and the permanent magnet combined at the thin film with liquid tightness.
