A water cooling fire plate is provided to improve the cooling efficiency by expanding a heat transfer regulating unit and then increasing the heat transfer with a cooling water pipe. A water cooling fire plate includes at least one cooling water pipe(120), a body(110), and a heat transfer regulating member(130). The cooling water pipe guides the flow of cooling water. An article to be incinerated is located on the body. A cooling water pipe accommodating unit for accommodating a cooling water pipe is formed in the body. The heat transfer regulating member is fixed to the cooling water pipe accommodating unit. The heat transfer regulating member is thermally deformed according to the temperature of the body and increases or decreases the heat transfer to the cooling water pipe by varying the thermal resistance with the cooling water pipe.
