<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web document browsing system which enables a user to browse the Web document that a provider side officially opens without worrying about the cost needed to browse the Web document so much. SOLUTION: Browsing record information corresponding to the record of the browsing state of the Web document is stored in a terminal and when the user meets previously specified specification conditions, the amount of money for alteration is determined according to the browsing record information to lighten the economic load of the Web document browsing on the user.</p> |
