The sensor has a sensor unit in a sensor housing (1) which is sealed using connectors (5) comprising bolt screws (7). The sensor includes an overpressure protection device (33) which has a replaceable bursting disk or an overload valve linked to the lumen of the sensor housing to balance the pressure and prevent overpressure in the sensor. An independent claim is included for the measuring device including the sensor.
