<p>Described is the use of a recombinant antibody comprising a binding site specific for an epitope of the laminin receptor or laminin receptor precursor for treatment or diagnosis of B-CLL. Preferably, this antibody additionally comprises a binding site for at least one particular cell surface antigen.</p>
