A glow plug connector (1) including contact surfaces is joined to a glow plug (2) via primary and secondary bolting devices. The secondary bolting device encloses the primary bolting device, and includes a recess engaged by a support hook at the arm of the primary bolting device. The support hook also engages a bar or groove around the glow plug.
