METHOD FOR DELIVERING MESSAGES BETWEEN A SERVING ACCESS CONTROL ROUTER AND A TARGET ACCESS CONTROL ROUTER AT THE TIME OF OCCURRING AN HAND-OVER BETWEEN THE SERVING ACCESS CONTROL ROUTER AND THE TARGET ACCESS CONTROL ROUTER IN A WIBRO NETWORK

A message transmission method during handover between ACRs(Access Control Routers) in a WiBro(Wireless Broadband) network is provided to be capable of simplifying a procedure for transmitting a message transceived between a serving ACR and a target ACR, when handover between the ACRs occurs in the WiBro network, thus call processing time is saved. As a message generated from a PSS(Portable Subscriber Station)(300) is delivered to an RAS(Radio Access Station)(250), the RAS(250) delivers the received message(A-interface message) to a target ACR(200)(S10-S12). A routing module of the target ACR(200) senses messages that a serving ACR(100) has to receive, and sends the messages to a routing module of the serving ACR(100)(S16). The routing module of the serving ACR(100) sends the messages to a call processing module(S18). The call processing module performs a call processing function through the same processing procedure(S20). The call processing module transmits the A-interface message to the routing module irrespective of a position of the RAS(250)(S22), and the routing module transmits the message to the routing module of the target ACR(200)(S24). The routing module of the ACR(200) immediately transmits the routed A-interface message to the RAS(250)(S26). The RAS(250) transmits the message to the PSS(300)(S28).
