A slide-type signal connection module and a mobile communication terminal with the module are provided to enable a main PCB(Printed Circuit Board) and a sub PCB to move along guide grooves formed on the signal connection module when the PCBs move together, thereby preventing the generation of disconnection though an opening/closing action of the terminal is repeatedly performed. More than one of hinge units(42) of main signal lines(40) is comprised on a main PCB(14) as being exposed to an upper side. Plural housings(34) enable the hinge units(42) of the main signal lines to be received therein, and are equipped with guide grooves(32) of length and directions. Hinge units(46) of sub signal lines(44) are received in the guide grooves(32) as being combined with a sub PCB(16) disposed on top of the housings(34). Connecting units(36) are received inside the housings(34) to electrically connect the hinge units(42) with the hinge units.
