NOVEL COMPOUND OF 2-CYCLOHEXYLIMINO-6-METHYL-6,7-DIHYDRO-5H-BENZO[1,3]OXATHIOL-4-ONE, A PREPARATION METHOD OF THE COMPOUND AND A COMPOSITION FOR INHIBITING NUCLEAR FACTOR-KB CONTAINING THE COMPOUND AS AN EFFECTIVE COMPONENT

摘要

A novel 2-cyclohexylimino-6-methyl-6,7-dihydro-5H-benzo[1,3]oxathiol-4-one is provided to strongly inhibit formation of inducing-type NO synthase, cyclooxygenase-2, tumor necrosis factor, interleukin-1 and interleukin-6 without cell toxicity, thereby capable of preventing mouse septic shock. The 2-cyclohexylimino-6-methyl-6,7-dihydro-5H-benzo[1,3]oxathiol-4-one is represented by the formula(1) and prepared by reacting 2-diazo-5-methylcyclohexane-1,3-di-one represented by the formula(2) with cyclohexyl isothiocyanate represented by the formula(3). The composition for inhibiting activation of nuclear factor-kappa B comprises 0.001-1 wt% of the compound represented by the formula(1) as an effective ingredient.
