A fabricated elastic member soundproof wall of a road is provided to install the soundproof wall easily by assembling an H-beam, a connecting member and the elastic member, to improve appearance by mounting the soundproof wall in a curved line with the elastic member, and to insulate sound by charging glass fiber or asbestos. A soundproof wall includes an H-beam(10) fixed in base concrete and provided with a groove part(13) and plural assembling holes(11), a connecting member(20) composed of a sound absorbing plate(23) made of polyurethane foam or polyester foam, a connecting groove(21) and plural assembling holes(22) and combined with an assembling bolt(12) by inserting an end of the sound absorbing plate to the groove part of the H-beam, and an elastic member(30) made of urethane foam or rubber and provided with a protruded piece(31) inserted to the connecting groove of the connecting member and plural assembling holes(32). A fixing unit is formed in a space part of the elastic member, and an assembling plate is fitted to the fixing unit.
