<p>A surface acoustic wave filter (cascaded dual mode SAW filter) includes three IDT electrodes (2,3,4),(2',3',4') disposed adjacent to each other along the propagation direction of a surface wave on a piezoelectric substrate (1) and two primary-tertiary longitudinally-coupled dual mode SAW fliers (F1;F2) cascaded and constructed by arranging grating reflectors (5a,5b,5a',5b') on both sides of three IDT electrodes. At least a pair of electrode fingers (±,²,³) are removed from the IDT electrodes disposed outside, and floating electrodes are then disposed to replace the removed electrodes.</p> |
