An organic electroluminescent display device is provided to output power voltages to a panel, of which high-frequency noises are interrupted, by disposing capacitors outputting the power voltage sensitive to the noise adjacent to the panel. A panel(300) generates a scanning signal and a data signal to display a desired image according to the scanning signal and the data signal. An internal voltage generating unit supplies power voltages to the panel to generate the scanning signal and the data signal. A flexible printed circuit board(200) tests the power voltage supplied from the internal voltage generating unit to output the result to the panel. The output terminal has a terminal outputting the power voltage sensitive to a noise and a terminal outputting the power voltage resistive to the noise. |
