Circuit arrangement for monitoring the direction indicators of a towing vehicle and a trailer

The arrangement has switches (21, 23) for selective connection of a flashing light of a towing vehicle and a flashing light of a trailer with a flashing cycle sensor (33). The sensor is designed for monitoring the flashing lights connected to a power input. An auxiliary flashing cycle sensor is controlled by the flashing cycle sensor and is operated with its frequency. Two switches connected with the lights are designed as a dual relay. An independent claim is also included for a device with a flashing cycle sensor and a circuit arrangement.
