FIELD: woodworking, applicable for reduction of the difference in thickness of plate or long-measured workpieces, type veneer, board, plinth, casing and others, as well as for reduction of roughness of these workpieces, which makes it possible to reduce the consumption of paintwork materials at facing. ^ SUBSTANCE: warm-up of blanks with a moisture content of 8 to 12% is performed in a microwave chamber by microwave currents at a frequency of 2450 MHz during 50-60 s. Reduction is performed in a multi-roller press by a quintuple processing by pulsating pressure, with the reduction value equal to the mean double value of the blank allowance. ^ EFFECT: reduced difference in thickness of the workpiece and enhanced strength of it. ^ 2 ex |
