发明名称 Procédé de traitement des matières textiles
摘要 Addition compounds suitable for the treatment of textiles, e.g. wool, polyacrylonitrile, polyethylene-terephthalate, polyamide, secondary acetyl cellulose or regenerated cellulose fabrics, and having the formula <FORM:0936399/IV(a)/1> in which r is a hydrogen atom or methyl radical, X is the radical of an at least bifunctional alcohol, amino alcohol or amine or valency equal to or greater than m/sBn, Y is the radical of a polyalkylene ether containing q hydroxyl groups, the symbols R, X and Y if desired having more than one of their meanings in one molecule, and m, n, p, q and r are integers, the sum of the m values and related p values in the molecule being at least 2 and the sum of the n values and related p values in a molecule being equal to the sum of the r values and related q values in the molecule, are prepared by contacting hydroxyl group containing polyalkylene ethers with esters or amides of acrylic or methacrylic acid derived from at least bifunctional alcohols, amino alcohols or amines in such a proportion that more than one carbon-carbon double bond of acrylic or methacrylic acid ester or amide is present per hydroxyl group of the polyalkylene ether. Suitable di-or polyacrylates, methacrylates, acrylic amides or methacrylic amides are those of butane-1,3-diol, butene-1,4-diol, hexane-1,4-diol, octadecane-1,12-diol, glycerol, trimethylol propane, pentaerythritol, sorbitol, ethylene diamine, hexamethylene diamine, diethylene triamine, di-(g -aminopropyl) methylamine, g ,g 1-diaminodipropyl ether, dipropylene triamine and polyethylene imine. Methylene-bisacrylamide, triacryloylhexahydro-sym-triazine or an N-acyl-N1,N11-diacryloylhexahydro-sym-triazine is preferably used. The hydroxyl group containing polyalkylene ether may be polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, copolymerizates of ethylene and propylene oxides or the reaction product of a mono- or polyhydric alcohol, phenol, carboxylic acid, carboxylic acid amide, mercaptan, amine, sulphonamide, hydroxy carboxylic acid, amino carboxylic acid or ammonia with ethylene or propylene oxide. The addition compounds which may be produced on the textile material, may be cross-linked by polymerizing them on the textile materials if desired in the presence of an inorganic or organic peroxide or by the use of a compound containing at least two active hydrogen atoms and capable of adding on to the double bonds of the addition compounds, e.g. ammonia, amines, polyalcohols, hydrogen sulphide and polymercaptans, numerous examples of which are given. The addition compounds may be applied to the textile materials as aqueous solutions or emulsions which may also contain the cross-linking compounds, catalysts, plasticizers, brightening agents and pigments.ALSO:Textile materials, e.g. wool, polyacrylonitrile, polyethylene-terephthalate, polyamide, secondary acetyl cellulose or regenerated cellulose fabrics, are rendered antistatic by cross-linking thereon addition compounds, prepared by contacting hydroxyl group containing polyalkylene ethers with esters or amides of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid derived from at least bifunctional alcohols, amino alcohols or amines in such a proportion that more than one carboncarbon double bond of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid ester or amide is present per hydroxyl group of the polyalkylene ether, and having the formula <FORM:0936399/IV(a)/1> in which R is a hydrogen atom or methyl radical, X is the radical of an at least bi-functional alcohol amino alcohol or amine of valency equal to or greater than m + n, Y is the radical of a polyalkylene ether containing q hydroxyl groups, the symbols R, X and Y if desired having more than one of their meanings in one molecule, and m, n, p, q and r are integers, the sum of the m values and related p values in the molecule being at least 2 and the sum of the n values and related p values in a molecule being equal to the sum of the r values and related q values in the molecule. Suitable di- or poly-acrylates, methacrylates, acrylic amides or methacrylic amides are those of butane-1,3-diol, butene-1,4-diol, hexane-1,4-diol, octadecane-1,12-diol, glycerol, trimethylol propane, penterythritol, sorbitol, ethylene diamine, hexamethylene diamine, diethylene triamine, di-(g -amino-propyl) methylamine, g , g 1 diamino dipropyl ether, dipropylene triamine and polyethylene imine. Methylene-bisacrylamide, triacryloylhexahydro-symtriazine or an N-acyl-N1,N11-diacryloylhexahydrosymtriazine is preferably used. The hydroxyl group containing polyalkylene ether may be polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, copolymerisates of ethylene and propylene oxides of the reaction product of a mono- or polyhydric alcohol, phenol, carboxylic acid, carboxylic acid amide, mercaptan, amine, sulphonamide, hydroxy carboxylic acid, amino carboxylic acid or ammonia with ethylene or propylene oxide. The addition compounds which may be produced on the textile material may be crosslinked by polymerizing them on the textiles if desired in the presence of an inorganic or organic peroxide or by the use of a compound containing at least two active hydrogen atoms and capable of adding on to the double bonds of the addition compounds, e.g. ammonia, amines, polalycohols, hydrogen sulphide and polymercaptans, numerous examples of which are given. The addition compounds may be applied to the textile materials as aqueous solutions or emulsions which may also contain the crosslinking compounds, catalysts, plasticizers, brightening agents and pigments.
