A one-number multi-phone service supply method in a mobile communication system is provided to enable a user to use all of plural terminals through the same number, thereby reusing an existing terminal. As VLR(Visitor Location Register) events occur from mobile communication terminals having one number, an exchange registers the corresponding terminals in a VLR(S11-S13). The exchange decides whether a call coming into the corresponding telephone number exists(S14). If so, the exchange executes a paging process to all of the registered terminals(S15). The exchange connects the call to the first terminal that responds to the paging process(S16).
