FIELD: heat exchangers used for heat exchange between fluids which should be separated from one another, in particular, in helical heat exchangers. ^ SUBSTANCE: the helical heat exchanger is formed by an assembly of turns separated from one another with the aid of separating members, in which the turns are formed by a flattened tubular component that is bent and formed at least by one sheet of material, whose edges are hermetically interconnected with the aid of connection means passing in parallel with the longitudinal axis of the given sheet, the flattened tubular component has stiffness members on its outer sides, they are inclined relative to its lateral axis (XX'), besides the stiffness members are so made that for two engageable turns their respective inclinations are opposite. The method for production of the helical heat exchanger formed by bending at least on one sheet in accordance with which the flattened tubular component is formed, the edges of this sheet are hermetically interconnected with the aid of connection means passing in parallel with the longitudinal axis (yy') of the given sheet, and this tubular component is bent to oneself so as to form an assembly of turns, the flattened tubular component is made of a sheet provided with stiffness members inclined relative to the sheet lateral axis. ^ EFFECT: simplified required production operations. ^ 11 cl, 10 dwg |
