A structure of a parking boundary block in an apartment house is provided to park a vehicle accurately in a parking division line of a parking lot by turning a light emitting diode of the parking boundary block in displacing the vehicle out of the parking division line. A structure of a parking boundary block(1) includes a base body part(10) having two block moving grooves(11,11-1), a spring(16) inserted to a spring groove formed in a bottom center of the block moving groove, a power supply unit(14) inserted to a power supply unit installation groove(13) between the block moving grooves and a fixing flange(12) inserted to the ground and fixed by an anchor bolt(15), the power supply unit connected to a first switch(17) fixed in the bottom of the block moving groove and connected to a second push block(20-1) and a second switch(17-1) fixed in the bottom of the other block moving groove and connected to a first push block(20) to regulate power of a light emitting diode assembly(30), the first and second push blocks moved up and down, inserted to the block moving grooves and provided with a groove part(22) to insert the light emitting diode assembly, a transparent plate(24) fixed in an opening part of the groove part, plural spring support parts(25) inserted to the spring grooves and inclined surfaces(23) formed at both sides of a horizontal plane, and the light emitting diode assembly connected to the power supply unit by the first and second switches and formed by fixing plural light emitting diodes in a rectangular substrate. Parking of a vehicle is accurately guided with the first and second push blocks.
