A BLOWER AND A CLEANER HAVING THE SAME

A blower and a cleaner having the blower are provided to reduce noise by arranging impeller vanes and diffuser vanes at irregular intervals and irregularly interacting between the impeller vanes and the diffuser vanes in rotation of the impeller. A blower comprises an impeller(40) installed with plural impeller vanes to be rotated by a motor so as to suck air inside; and a diffuser(60) installed with plural diffuser vanes(61) and disposed at the outer periphery of the impeller to increase pressure of air passed through the impeller. The impeller vanes and the diffuser vanes are irregularly arranged to reduce noise generated by interaction between the impeller and the diffuser in rotation of the impeller. At least one of the plural impeller vanes is separated from the diffuser vane compared to the other impeller vanes to change a period for passing the plural impeller vanes by the diffuser vanes.
