FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has cannula and stiletto. The cannula has two parts joined with transition element hindering the cannula from penetrating too deep into the cavity. The proximal cannula part has ears and hairline marks. The distal one has lateral window for introducing instrument and removing malformations under visual control. The lateral window is arranged in perpendicular to ears axis. The cylindrical part has fixing tooth on its end and is mated with stiletto on internal diameter. The atraumatic distal part of the stiletto is formed by oval surface and flat facet arranged at an angle to stiletto axis. The stiletto is substitutable in the cannula with a stiletto having sharp end and three knife blades building three concave facets or with a stiletto having thrusting-and-cutting end. ^ EFFECT: wide range of functional applications in removing mucous membrane malformations, cysts, mycotic and other masses in adults and children cases. ^ 4 dwg
