FIELD: pressure casting. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device for pressure die casting of polymeric molded articles consists of casting machine 1 and press-mould 2. Press-mould 2 has at least two spaces 11, 12 corresponding to sizes of molded articles to be manufactured. It consists of at least three relatively movable parts, namely front part 4, middle part 5 and rear part 6, which tightly fit to each other along parallel division planes 9, 10 under pressure created by pressing device. Casting machine is made at standard machine. Each division plane 9, 10 passes at least through one space 11, 12. One channel 13 is made in press-mould 2 to feed polymer melt. Said channel ends at one side in spaces 11, 12 and at other side, at place 14 of inlet on surface of press-mould 2 which in working position is connected to casting machine 1. Channel 13 is conical in front and middle parts of press-mould. To increase manufacture of ready molded articles I unit of time, channel 13 is made in press-mould passing from place 14 of inlet to first division plane 9 and further to second division plane 10. Additional channels 15 and 16 come from channel 13 reaching spaces 11, 12. Lock is installed on parts 4, 5, 6 of press-mould 2 to move between two positions by means of which, if no pressure is created by pressing device 8 in first position, only middle part 5 and front part 4 of press-mould provided with place 14 of inlet of channel 13 are interlock, and in second position, owing to presence of residual force, only middle part 5 and rear part 6 of press-mould 2 are interlocked. Lock is shifted from one position to the other under action of pressing device 8. ^ EFFECT: increased output of ready molded articles using standard casting machines. ^ 7 cl, 7 dwg |
