FIELD: organic chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivative of pyridine of the general formula (I): wherein each symbol has the following values: R1 and R2 mean hydrogen, halogen atoms, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy-group; R3 and R4 mean hydrogen atom, lower alkyl, halogen atom; R5 means hydrogen atom, lower alkyl; n = 0 or 1, or its pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Also, invention describes a pharmaceutical composition based on compounds of the formula (I) and intermediates substances used in synthesis.
