FIELD: metering technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: device can be used for metering liquid and half-liquid products in food and chemical industry and other branches of industry. Device has head delivery product-pipe, nozzle for outputting measure of product, at least one case with measuring opening, inside which case the freely floating piston is mounted. The piston divides case to two chambers. Device also has mechanism for alternate switching of chambers to product-pipe and to nozzle of output of measure of product. Any case is provided with two channels which connect both chambers together and with product-pipe and with nozzle for outputting of measure of product correspondingly. Mechanism of alternate switching of any chamber to product-line and to nozzle pf outputting of measure of product is made in form of pneumatically controlled valves, mounted in pairs in any channel for overlap. ^ EFFECT: complete pressure tightness; improved aseptic condition during process of metering. ^ 5 cl, 3 dwg |
