FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises changing the radii of the initial circumferences of engaged noncircular gear wheel pairs, which transmit rotation to the driven shaft, in the course of rotation of the driving link of the gear-lever mechanism and changing adjusting angle of the gear wheels with respect to the links of the lever mechanism. The device comprises gear-lever mechanism made of crank-rocker and gear transmitting mechanisms.
