FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves determining blood amylase activity and at least seven laboratory values like leukocytes, neutrophils, segmentonuclear neutrophils, lymphocytes, hematocrite, mean erythrocyte volume, mean hemoglobin content in erythrocyte, sodium, ureic acid, general lactate dehydrogenase, aspartic transaminase, alanine transaminase, gamma-glutamate transferase. The received data are used for calculating diagnostic index B. Lower interval boundary B0 and upper interval boundary B1 are determined that reflect laboratory blood indices in norm. B0 value is calculated by considering lower boundary of norm for each obtained laboratory blood index. When calculating B1 value, upper norm value is considered for each obtained laboratory blood index. B value not belonging to interval from B0 to B1, intensive care is considered to be indicated. ^ EFFECT: high reliability in evaluating patient health state. ^ 3 tbl |
