A hybrid type equipment for generating sodium hypochloride is provided to improve electrolytic reaction efficiency as a whole by forming hydrogen moving grooves on an inner portion of a housing part of an electrolytic reactor such that sodium hypochloride is generated from saturated salt water and maximize a production amount of sodium hypochloride by allowing a diaphragm type first electrolytic cell to produce sodium hydroxide without additional injection of sodium hydroxide. An equipment for generating sodium hypochloride comprises: a first electrolytic reactor comprising a hollow cylindrical positive electrode, a negative electrode in which the positive electrode is contained, and which is coaxially installed, and a membrane which is disposed in a space between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and on which pores are formed; and a second electrolytic reactor(400) comprising a plurality of electrode plates(300) which are laterally installed and spaced from one another in a certain distance within a housing part(200) installed on an end of a connection line and have electrolyte channels(310) vertically cut and formed on a left or right end thereof, and a plurality of hydrogen moving grooves(210) formed along an inner upper surface of the housing part.
