FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the improved thrombopoietin TPO) mimetic representing 3'-[(2Z)-[1-(3,4-dimethylphenyl)-1,5-dihydro-3-methyl-5-oxo-4H-pyrazol-4-yliden]hydrazine]-2'-hydroxy-[1,1'-biphenyl]-3-carboxylic acid bis-(monoethanolamine). Also, invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition based on indicated salt of the compound, method for treatment of thrombocytopenia in mammal, method for enhancing platelets producing in mammal and methods for preparing indicated pharmaceutical composition and indicated salt of the compound.
