The central part of the primary concentrator with through opening coaxially to its optical axis receives the tracing pickup mounted inside the secondary hemi-parabolic concentrator. The outer side of the secondary hemi-parabolic concentrator are provided with heat cells. The photocells are arranged over the surface of hollow tubular heat agent to form a circle with inlet and outlet ports.
